There few methods that help build many backlinks pretty fast. You will save some time, but remember that you want different kind of backlinks pointing to your website. Some of these methods are easy, but the quality of those links is lower.

Link exchange
BE AWARE! Some automated link exchange websites and programs can kill your search engine ratings! You need to be very careful using them, making sure you don’t link to a “bad neighborhood” websites, like adult, poker, pharmacy, viruses websites.

Directory submission
Even though I personally think that many of those directories are useless, I still submit my new websites to some of them using automated directory submission software. It doesn’t take a lot of time and bring some extra backlinks.
