If you do a Google search on the phrase high pr links many of the results will offer you backlinks with high page rank. But if you read a little deeper then realize that all they offer is a link somewhere on site with a high PR main page.

Page where your backlink is going to be often has PR 0 if you are lucky and sometimes this page not even indexed!!!
